I am impressed with the way it looks, the shiny chrome-look built and easy to install. The instructions were clear with pictures that I was able to affix it to my shower connection within 10 minutes. I was excited being a first time installer that is related to plumbing, I thought it would be overwhelming but it's very easy and even comes with teflon tape. There are 6 different settings for each shower head and the water comes out beautifully, my favorite is hydrating mist, feels so comfortable. I also like that both shower heads can be used at the same time. All the switches and valves works perfectly. Great water flow with amazing water pressure. I look forward to my next shower each time.
