First when I opened this package, I can smell the great lavender scent. It helps me relax and calms my mind. After a day of looking at the computer, this eye mask is the perfect thing to use. I like to place it in the freezer and take it out to place on my eyes for 15-20 minutes. It can be used hot or cold. It is very soothing and helps with tired eyes. I like that this mask is made with silky soft material, very comfortable. I personally like the smell of lavender, and I have never used any thing like this for my eyes before.
