Great set of utensils for Barbecue and other cooking. The gloves are perfect used to prevent hot plates or food. It is one size fits all, and my husband loves it. We got burnt from grilling food without gloves and with these gloves, we didn't have to worry anymore. It was definitely heat resistant. The tongs were not as long as I thought but works well when I am frying food. The meat shredder claws are awesome, I have used it to toss food in a bowl, I have used it on hot meats. The meat shredder claws were sharp and super useful. Plus, the spatula was easy to flip hot, cooking food. I would not ask for more because this set, is wonderful to use for any kind of cooking.
